Annual Auction 2012

MacFarlane Park PTA’s Annual Benefit Auction is a delightful evening spent with friends filled with music, dancing, food and beverages and of course, the silent auction and live auctions. Currently, we are looking for enthusiastic auction committee members. We need your time and talents, whether you can assist a little or a lot.

The list below represents various activities of the auction committee. You may choose to be involved in all, a few or even just one of the activities.
 
 

Planning:

~Site, theme, food and activities selection
~Selection of decorations
~Event logistics
~Acquiring auction items
~Bid Item Packaging and Display planning
~Fliers, invitations, auction booklets
~Errands and copying
~Communication with parents
~Sponsor Thank You’s

 

Evening Of:

~Bid Item Displays
~Set-up, including decorating
~Check-in
~Operations During auction
~Check-out
~Tear Down

Are you a Senior with time to give to help children? Why not "adopt" a grandchild by helping at MacFarlane Park Elementary?
