April 21 (9am - Noon)  - Great American Cleanup
MacFarlane Explorers will participate in The Great American Cleanup hosted by Keep Tampa Bay Beautiful. We will clean up our own MacFarlane Park and around the school. Flyers have already been sent home! You can register online now at Keeptampabaybeautiful.org.  There is an After Trash Beach Party at 7720 Courtney Campbell Causeway, Tampa.
 
April 30 - Toy Sale/ Exchange for a cause to be determined by the students
 
May 12 - Miles for Moffitt
Start times differ by race.  Please join our first grader team as they become Explorers for A Cure in the Miles for Moffitt race. Ms. Vinson and her running club are also participating.  Race times for Miles for Moffitt are: 5 Mile Run starting at 7:30a, 5K Run start at 7:45a, 5 Mile and 5K Walk and Stroller start at 8a and a 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk at 8:15a.   Register online at www.milesformoffitt.com.
